Rhitik Jassar Launches ZTA Infrastructure

Rhitik Jassar has established ZTA Infrastructure as the group’s flagship entity to drive development in healthcare, education, and housing. The new platform functions as an integrated engineering, construction, and infrastructure business with capabilities spanning project development, construction management, engineering, and Project Management Consultancy (PMC). Based in Uttar Pradesh, the company aims to build a strong organic project pipeline and institutional scale before eventually inducting strategic investors to accelerate growth.

The group’s long-term aspiration is to establish ZTA Infrastructure as a professionally managed infrastructure company with the potential to be publicly listed. This move comes as India accelerates investments in physical and social infrastructure, creating openings for firms that can handle large-scale execution. ZTA Infrastructure will lead the group’s expansion across housing, commercial real estate, institutional infrastructure, roads, and highways, reinforcing a vision of contributing to nation building.

Jassar, who serves as Chairman and Managing Director, commented on the strategic direction by emphasizing the need for institutions that combine technical skill with strict discipline. “India’s infrastructure story requires institutions that combine engineering excellence with execution discipline,” Jassar said. He explained that the integrated platform is designed to deliver complex projects across critical sectors while strengthening through strategic partnerships.

Consolidating these diverse capabilities into a single flagship entity allows the company to standardize processes that are often inconsistent in the broader construction market. For prospective clients and partners, this structure promises a more predictable delivery model, potentially reducing the delays and cost overruns that frequently plague large-scale infrastructure developments in rapidly urbanizing regions.

Overcoming Project Delays

The group’s ability to execute is highlighted by its work on The Grande, Meerut, a nearly 12 lakh sq. ft. residential development comprising close to 600 homes. The project had languished for years due to financial, legal, and operational challenges. It was ultimately revived through disciplined planning, stakeholder coordination, and financial restructuring. This effort enabled more than 500 families to receive possession of their homes.

The project received its Occupancy Certificate in December 2024. It was subsequently recognized by UP RERA as a notable example of the successful revival of a stalled housing project. The experience provides the execution foundation which ZTA Infrastructure intends to institutionalize across future infrastructure and turnaround assignments. The company views this turnaround as a proof of concept for its management capabilities.

Service Capabilities and Reach

ZTA Infrastructure specializes in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and end-to-end project execution across housing, healthcare, education, and student housing. With a strong presence across North India, the company is committed to quality execution and regulatory compliance. Its residential real estate portfolio, including the revival of stalled projects, forms part of a broader infrastructure development vision.

As the company scales organically, it intends to build a professionally managed organization capable of creating long-term value. Jassar stated that the goal is to contribute meaningfully to India’s development journey. The firm is positioning itself to handle the increasing demand for world-class infrastructure by maintaining transparent stakeholder engagement and focusing on sustainable value creation.

The group currently operates with a focus on the strengthening of its presence in the sector. By leveraging its experience in turnaround assignments, ZTA Infrastructure aims to secure a competitive foothold in the market. The company’s strategy relies on the integration of engineering expertise with on-ground execution to meet the complex needs of modern infrastructure development.
